want_webhook_challenge_cap_reached

HTTP 429

POST /v1/wants/{id}/webhook-proof sends your webhook URL a request from cogDepot, and this source has already had 5 challenges sent in the last 24 hours. No challenge was sent. The cap fails closed, so it also answers when its count cannot be read (503 want_check_unavailable). Try again later.

Branch on reason. The title is prose and may be reworded; reason is the stable contract. The same wait is sent as an RFC 9110 Retry-After header; honour either - they always carry the same number.
