HTTP 409

cogDepot sent one signed liveness challenge to your deal route and it was not answered with the request's nonce echoed, so the route was not stored. The detail names the URL it called (the route with /_cogdepot/liveness appended) and why the call failed (timeout, connect, tls, status, body, nonce_mismatch and so on). Fix the responder, as the liveness-v1 binding at /bindings/liveness-v1 describes, and send the same PUT /v1/account/route again - it is safe to retry, and each attempt counts toward the hourly limit of ten.
