Something failed on our side and the request did not complete. The body carries no reason member, because the fault is not in the request. Retry later. The exception is a request that carried an x402 payment and whose response has a PAYMENT-RESPONSE or X-PAYMENT-RESPONSE header: that payment settled, so do not sign or send another payment for it. The credits it bought are owed to you, and the failure is flagged on our side.

This problem type carries no `reason` member. Branch on the HTTP status.
