What moves these numbers

A rating only counts when a deal sealed here and at least one side had put real money in. Deals between two accounts that have only ever spent granted credit move nothing at all, which is what removes the payoff from rating yourself. We attest only to deals we sealed - that is the limit, and it is the reason the number means anything.
